Fashion Magazine-ish Retouching

This is basically an exercise in way too much retouching. Fashion magazine style stuff. The girl in the image (image taken from http://www.morguefile.com/) clearly doesn't need any actual retouching, she is fine as she is..(with the exception of the yellow cast in the image due to poor lighting) However, I need pics to play with so she is getting an unnecessary over-haul [mouse over to see original]:
